Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, the following refund conditions apply.

Digital Products That Have Been Downloaded

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Once digital content has been delivered and downloaded, it cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.
